Dorothy met her husband Kenneth Walker at Kearney State and they moved to Colorado. Dorothy passed on July 8, 1985 in Fort Collins,CO and is buried with her spouse in Mason City, NE cemetery.
Dorothy married a man by the last name of Walker. She and husband and 2 sons were living in Ft.Morgan, I think where he ran a tree trimming business and she decorated cakes. I had a chance to visit with her mother back in the late 80's and she said Dorothy had just finished decorating a cake for a client and was ready to deliver it when she fell over dead in her home from a massive cerebral hemorrahage (or embolism). Her husband found her. The death occured somewhere around 1976 I think. Her mom related life had not been the easiest for Dorothy and she was under a lot of stress. Linda, did you hear anything else or correction to this? Linda, Dorothy and I were classmates at Kenwood and used to walk back and forth to Jr. and Sr. High together many times.
